While it’s certainly important that that you don’t consume to many carbohydrates, it’s equally important that you do take in some in order to provide your body with the energy it requires. For this reason, practically all vegetarians will continue to eat foods such as whole wheat breads and pastas. The great thing about being a vegetarian is, you can quite literally eat as much as you want, providing you don’t over do it with the junk food. Unlike most people who are restricted to eating small portion, vegetarians can have a feast with each and every meal. Another exceptional advantage of a healthy vegetarian weight loss diet is that it practically eliminates your fat intake. In fact, providing you stick to eating only vegetables and a limited amount of carbohydrates, you can expect to loose up to 15 pounds of unwanted body fat in as little as two weeks. Contrary to what some may believe, being a vegetarian is not about starving yourself, and while you may find it a challenge at first, you’ll soon get used to it. By eating mainly vegetables, safe natural weight loss will be inevitable. Bear in mind, anything you do over a period of 28 days, does in fact become a habit. Providing you can maintain your diet for this length of time, then you’ve got it made. The first 3 days are always the most difficult, while the week after that is simply a psychological battle. Keep yourself occupied by doing other things whenever you start experiencing food cravings. Rest assured, you will have met your weight loss goal long before you thought possible.
